825A: 热电偶表/TEC控制器
825A热电偶温度计/TEC控制器被设计用来精确控制和测量Aurora Scientific生理学仪器的温度。每个控制器与Peltier模块一起工作,将浴槽的温度保持在0到40ºC的范围内,误差在±0.1ºC。
825A TEC控制器包括两个LED数字显示屏:右侧可以切换显示过程或设定点温度,单位为ºC,左侧显示测量的热电偶温度,单位为ºC。设定点是所需的温度,而过程是由仪器中内置的温度传感器测量的温度。825A中包括一个热电偶温度计,可以在选定的关注点测量精确的温度。825A中包括一个Physitemp微探针T型热电偶,可与温度计功能一起使用。该探针被封装在特氟隆护套中,以防止实验液体的污染。
为了实现快速的温度变化和非常好的长期稳定性,控制电子装置采用了比例/积分/衍生(PID)伺服控制。
